THE PROJECT
Faromas came to Naomi at a moment of evolution. The brand already had products, fragrances, and a growing vision, but needed a system capable of expressing where it wanted to go next.
The opportunity was to move beyond being perceived as a candle brand and build a contemporary house of scent, objects, and rituals for the home.
Naomi worked from the foundation of the brand, redefining its strategy, positioning, architecture, verbal identity, visual direction, and product universe. The goal was to create a brand elevated enough to feel distinctive, but warm and accessible enough to become part of everyday life.
Transform a growing fragrance business into a brand with a clear point of view, a recognizable system, and room to expand.
Before redesigning packaging or communication, we needed to define what Faromas could truly own.
The answer was not simply fragrance. It was the way scent, material, and ritual can change how a space feels — and how a home becomes more personal through the objects and atmospheres that live within it.
This also meant bringing clarity to a broad and expanding offering: multiple fragrances, product collections, home accessories, refills, workshops, corporate gifting, private label, and scenting solutions for commercial spaces.
Repositioned Faromas as a contemporary atelier of scent and objects for the home, built around the idea that a space is not complete until it feels like your own.
Developed the brand strategy, core idea, story, positioning, audience, values, personality, voice, and communication system.
Created a clear olfactory architecture across five fragrance worlds: Botanica, Nectar, Calm, Arrival, and Seasons.
Organized the product portfolio into three distinct systems: Elemento, the accessible signature collection; Materia, the premium ceramic collection; and Faromas Home, an ecosystem of diffusers, sprays, sachets, refills, matches, and accessories.
Expanded the brand beyond B2C by defining its corporate offering across scenting services, private label, co-branding, events, and personalized gifting.
Refreshed the visual identity and developed a packaging direction rooted in materiality, subtle color, tactile finishes, and understated branding.
Built a verbal world that feels sensory without becoming ornamental, sophisticated without feeling distant, and confident without needing to overexplain.
Faromas evolved from a collection of scented products into a complete universe for experiencing the home.
Every part of the brand now belongs to the same system — from its fragrance families and product collections to its packaging, retail experience, workshops, refills, gifting, and B2B services.
Faromas now has a foundation that can grow into new products, spaces, and collaborations without losing what makes it recognizable: its ability to make scent feel personal, considered, and part of the way we live.
We did not simply change how Faromas looked. We built a brand system large enough for what Faromas was becoming.
